Damian Knoblanche is our lead director at The Peak Partnership, driving our business development and the strategic direction of the firm, including our technology evolution.
Initially developing his accounting experience over a decade through small and medium sized firms, Damian joined The Peak Partnership in 1993 and was appointed director in 1996. Damian is a Fellow Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), celebrating 30 years of membership in 2018.
Damian’s expertise and absolute commitment is to support SME and family business clients with strategic and operational business advice, regardless of industry or business life stage, and to help those clients plan for the long-term viability of the business and their own personal financial well-being.
A renowned communicator and business speaker, one of Damian’s strongest assets is his ability to connect and engage with people from all parts of the business community. His approach towards the client/advisor relationship is to develop a hands-on knowledge of each client’s business and industry, actively consulting on opportunities and issues that can arise.
In addition to traditional business accounting, Damian specialises in client software services, GST, business services and planning, management accounting systems, and cash flow forecasts and budgeting. Damian is also an accredited Business Valuations Specialist through CA ANZ.
Away from The Peak, Damian sits on the board of Cos IT Caird (one of our preferred charity partners) and he is a former Australian representative touch football player. He’s a self-confessed Cronulla Sharks NRL tragic who enjoys travelling with his wife Annette – his mantra is to take in as many life experiences as possible.
